By accessing or using the Placewave service — including the Telegram bot @WorldAudioGuideBot, our website placewave.pro, any Telegram Mini App, or any white-label bot powered by our platform — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boris Tomilin ("Placewave", "we", "us").
For business customers (B2B partners/tenants), these Terms apply alongside any separate Subscription Agreement or Order Form you may have signed.
Placewave is an AI-powered travel assistant delivered primarily via Telegram. The service provides:
The service operates 24/7 subject to maintenance windows and the availability of third-party AI providers.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain EU member states where a higher minimum age applies for digital services) to use Placewave. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
B2B customers must be legal entities or individuals acting in a professional capacity. By registering as a B2B partner, you represent that you have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, without prior notice.
Placewave offers a white-label platform for business customers under the following tiers:
| Plan | Intended Use | Key Features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Small businesses, trial | Basic analytics dashboard, standard bot |
| Starter | Growing businesses | Extended analytics, promo codes, lead capture |
| Pro | Hotels, tour operators | White-label bot, custom AI persona, knowledge base, affiliate links, full branding |
B2B customers receive access to aggregated, anonymised analytics about their users. They must not attempt to de-anonymise user data or combine it with other data sources to identify individuals. B2B customers are responsible for ensuring their own use of the platform complies with applicable data protection law (including GDPR if they serve EU users) and must have a lawful basis to deploy a Placewave-powered bot to their customers.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are offered on a subscription basis. The following terms apply:
All content, branding, software, design, text, graphics, audio guides and other materials comprising the Placewave service are the exclusive property of Boris Tomilin or their respective licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not:
Location data and place information sourced from Google Places API is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
The service includes links to third-party platforms including booking services (GetYourGuide, Tripster) and map services (Google Maps). These links may be affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services. Clicking affiliate links is entirely voluntary.
We aim to keep Placewave available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party API outages or events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to:
We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability or modifications.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (b) results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the service will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Placewave and Boris Tomilin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Placewave in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) USD 100 (one hundred US dollars).
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Placewave, Boris Tomilin and our affiliates, officers, agents and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; or (c) any content you submit or transmit through the service.
You may stop using the service at any time by blocking or deleting the bot conversation in Telegram. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at placewave.info@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; or if required by law. Upon termination, your licence to use the service ceases immediately. B2B customers must cease using the platform and all associated API keys.
In particular, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under the Consumer Rights Directive. For subscriptions, this withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase. Exercising the right of withdrawal terminates the subscription and entitles you to a pro-rata refund for unused days where the service has not been fully performed.
For disputes, EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ODR purposes: placewave.info@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings before courts in that country.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Send your concern to placewave.info@gmail.com and we will respond within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law or where reasonably practicable, notify you via the Telegram bot at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service before the effective date.
